The meeting agenda stated "Please plan to attend. Your input is essential to develop a comprehensive Master Plan," with a link to attend via Zoom. Zoom attendees were allowed to attend, however, they were not allowed to participate and provide their input.
Miles of Road:
In the meeting, it is incorrectly stated multiple times that CLRRA has 86 miles of road. Last year, a property owner used Google Maps to measure the CLRRA roads. There are approximately 65 miles of roads in CLRRA. This number was later confirmed by a member of the Board. Zoom attendees attempted to correct this number during the meeting, however, they were not recognized to speak.
